What exactly can you automate?

How will we know what the automation actually did?

Every call, every message and every step is written to that person's timeline in Nudge CRM. You can see where an enquiry stands at any moment, in one click.

Does it work with the tools we already use?

Yes. It integrates with your CRM, calendar, email, WhatsApp and invoicing tools. Nudge can stand on its own or sit on top of the CRM you already have.

Do we lose control, or can our team step in?

There is a human hand-off point at every critical step of the flow. You can take over the conversation whenever you want, or stop the automation entirely.

What happens when something breaks?

We monitor and maintain the flows we build. If a step fails, the alert comes to us and we fix it before you notice.

What does it cost?

A one-off setup fee and a monthly usage fee. The figure depends on how many flows we build and on your call volume; we work it through alongside the time you get back.

Where is our data held? Is it UK GDPR compliant?

Data is held in accounts opened in your own name and deleted on request. We set up call recording, retention periods and processor agreements to align with UK GDPR, and the ICO's guidance on AI is our reference point.

How long before it is live?

The first flow is usually live within one to two weeks. After that we extend it together, as you use it.
